To comply with charity and company law we are required to hold an Annual General Meeting, which this year will take place at 7:30 on Tuesday 16th October at The Scout Hall, Church Street, Weaverham – details as per the attached agenda. I am also attaching the minutes of last year’s AGM.
Our chair Tina Johnson will outline our progress with the orchard, the Wareham Russet and other heritage fruit trees. We shall also have the display that we take to functions to promote the Memorial Orchard, for you to view.
So if you would care to join us for the meeting and refreshments, we would be pleased to see you.
